SHIPPING POLICY & RETURN POLICY
SECTION 1 – SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website of Suxxes Apparel Company’s website. Our aim is to deliver all of our products in perfect condition to our valued customers. We will deliver our garments according to the Terms stated in this document. This shipping policy doesn’t constitute or confer any legal right between our e-commerce store and any customer. We reserve the right to change this shipping policy anytime without any notification.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING COVERAGE AND PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We deliver to the United States of America and Canada. Orders will be shipped as soon as they are prepared. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will provide the tracking numbers, between 1 – 2 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to your registered email address or text message. This notification will have a tracking number through which you will be able to track your order. The processing time for order delivery may vary depending on the location.
SECTION 3 – WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO WE USE?
We use the services of USPS as our primary shipping carrier. We know the urgency of your package is very important to you and we will ship the package out promptly.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges will be calculated and incurred on the customer after the final product has been weighed. The customer will be liable to pay for shipping costs.
SECTION 5 – POSSIBLE DELAYS IN SHIPPING PROCESS
Deliveries that are delayed due weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.
6. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which our store makes the product available to the customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
Return Policy
We offer returns in a limited capacity under these conditions. This Return Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship our products. As part of our commitment to you, all the products which have been bought on our website are eligible for return under certain conditions.
SECTION 1 – CONDITIONS OF RETURN
a. If you’ve found damaged items or garments that may have been caused by the shipping courier, you will be eligible to return the product. Please note this is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier and to assist you with a return, replacement or repair, therefore follow these terms.
b. Make sure to take the video and photographic evidence of the shipping parcel after the delivery has been made.
c. Make sure to contact us and let us know about the damaged items and provide us the videos and photographic proof.
d. Send us the damaged items at the address provided by us during the communications.
e. You will be in charge of all the shipment and delivery charges.
f. We will provide the replacements of the damaged items/garments as soon as possible.
