SECTION 1 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUXXES APPAREL COMPANY

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website https://www.suxxesapparelco.com (“website”, “us”, “our”, “Suxxes Apparel”) a website by Suxxes Apparel Company LLC . These Terms and Conditions are directed towards the visitors, users, buyers,
customers, (collectively “users”, “you”). The usage of our website and our services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with the terms stated in this document. By using the services placing any orders through our website, you as a user of our website are accepting these Terms and should cease using the site if these Terms are not agreed upon.

1.1.- User Agreement

Along with our Privacy Policy and other legal statements/policies (expressly or implicitly), these Terms set out a User Agreement between you as a user and the website of Suxxes Apparel. All users are believed to be in acceptance of these Terms by using our services and shopping from our website. If any user doesn’t agree with our terms, policies, or conditions he or she doesn’t have permission to use our website. These terms shall apply to you as a user, consumer, visitor, member, or anyone who has used our services or accessed our website.

SECTION 2 – REQUIREMENTS

In order to make sure that all the functions of our services should be performed in an orderly manner we will need to collect certain information from our users when they purchase through our website. Our
detailed collection of information has been stated in our Privacy Policy but mainly, we may need to collect your full name, phone number, address, e-mail, shipping address, and payment information (processed automatically). You don’t need to become a member of our website for placing an order, you can also proceed through guest checkout. However, when you will opt to register with us you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, you’ll be asked to become a member. By registering for an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are providing us the accurate details about yourself, you are not under the age of 13 and you aren’t otherwise barred by the national or state law on using online services. We do not collect or process any information from anyone under the age of 13, however, the users who are between the ages of 13 and 18 can use the website with the consent of
their parents or guardians.

SECTION 3 – ORDER PROCESS

The customer can contact us through phone, e-mail or website. The price will be dependent on the total item however, there is a minimum limit on the number of garments a client can order. Unless otherwise notified no request for price quotation or order will be accepted unless the minimum quantity is 5 or more garments. In case the order gets accepted and payment is approved, we will make a sample based on the customer’s instructions and send the sample back to the customer for approval or modifications. In case of any required modification, we’ll perform any modifications and resend the sample back to the customer. In case of successful sample acceptance, the customer will verify it by signing it off and we start the production of the customer’s order.

3.1 Delivery Time

Normally, the time starts as soon as the payment of the customer has been verified. However, due to sample checking and communication between the company and the customer, the normal turnaround can be delayed for few days. The total time depends on the total number of garments. We can only provide the most accurate time of delivery after the sample has been verified by the customer.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT POLICY ON OUR WEBSITE

The Payment Policy is applicable for the purchase of products available on our website. This Policy has been compiled in accordance with the rules and regulations. Payment will be made based on the invoice from the quoted price according to the items/products/apparel. There is also a setup fee for all orders. The range of setup fee is $25, $50, and $100 depending on the size of the order. In addition, the customer will also be liable for shipping charges. Any other cost item will be pre-defined according to communication between the customer and our company. The payments of invoiced items will be made through credit and debit cards after the garments have been completed, weighed in at USPS, and packaged. Please note that the customers from the New York state area and neighboring jurisdictions can also pay in person through cash or they can also pay through money order.

4.1. Cancellations And Limitations Of Products

We have a right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order for the reasons given below.
a.   Limited stock on our products.
b.   Change in the National or state regulation.
c.   Mistakes in description, price, or specification of the product.
d.   Disruptions due to emergencies, natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.
e.   If payment details are found to be stolen, false, or illegal.

4.2. Order Cancellation And Modifications By The User.

After the order is placed, verified and in process, it cannot be canceled or terminated. However, in case if a customer wants any modifications or changes in the order that can be done through communications. After the sample has been signed off and approved by the customer, no further modifications can be made the final production of the garments will start based on the approved sample.

SECTION 5– COPYRIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF SUXXES APPAREL

All content contained on our website may include logos, text, images, illustrations, graphics, videos, audios, products, clips, drawings, products descriptions, and every other form of intellectual property (“content”) available on or through our website, is the property of Suxxes Apparel’s website. Without our proper, express, and duly authorized consent, none of the content on our website or related to our website can be shared, republished, copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, changed, displayed, posted, transmitted, transferred, or downloaded in any form. You also may not, without the authorization of Suxxes Apparel Company LLC “mirror” or “frame” any material contained digitally on this website. You are not permitted to copy, change, distribute, modify, publish, transmit or create derivative works of any material found on this website for any public, personal or commercial purposes.

5.1. Limited License To Users Of Suxxes Apparel
